3900 S. ASHLAND

Range Group worked with the owner/user of 3900 S. Ashland Ave, and entered into a sale-leaseback transaction with the operator of the facility, ultimately acquiring the property at a discount relative to market pricing. The property consists of 7.1 acres of land with a 110,000 square foot building (32’ clear at center with a single column line) at the hard corner of Ashland and Pershing Avenues in Chicago’s Stockyards Neighborhood.
